These 10 easy and festive Christmas cocktails only require 2 ingredients (aside from optional garnishes) and will add extra cheer to your season without adding any extra holiday stress to your plate!
Everyone loves a simple cocktail recipe, and at least for me, the simpler the better! This is especially true during the holidays when we’re already being torn in a million different directions. The one thing I certainly don’t want to stress over is the drink in my hand!
These easy recipes are perfect for holiday parties, pregaming Christmas dinner, or for whenever you want to enjoy a festive, non-fussy cocktail!
Even with only two ingredients, these cocktails are super creative and oh-so Christmasy. It’s likely you already have a lot of the ingredients on hand if you have a home bar, so they’ll also be cost effective for most people!
When looking for Christmas cocktail recipes for this roundup, they just had to check off two boxes:
- Be easy to make and require only 2 ingredients (not including garnishes)
- Be very obviously holiday or Christmas-themed
There were quite a few to choose from, so I got to be pretty picky and only chose the ones I would make myself. I also looked for a wide range of liqueurs, spirits, and mixers to make sure there’s something for everyone on this roundup!
Now with all of that said, let’s get right into these very merry cocktail recipes!

Christmas Cranberry Vodka Spritzer
Who doesn't love a good seasonal soda flavor? Winter Spiced Cranberry Sprite might just be the best of them all, and much like ol' Saint Nick, it only comes around to bring us joy once a year.
If it's not obvious from the name, the only other ingredient you need is cranberry vodka. Rosemary and cranberry garnishes are optional, but will make it look that much more festive!
Chocolate Peppermint Martini
Another simple cocktail recipe brought to you by vodka and Starbucks! This is for the coffee lovers who like a little boost of caffeine in their drinks.
The recipe calls for Starbucks Chocolate Peppermint Espresso, but any peppermint chocolate flavored coffee would do the trick, and there are a TON of less expensive brands to choose from. Mix it together with vodka and feel the electric Christmas spirit fill you from head to toe!
Cranberry Mimosas
The cranberry mimosa, also known as a Poinsettia, is the absolute best cocktail for Christmas brunch or breakfast!
I actually prefer Poinsettias to regular mimosas because I love the tartness of the cranberry juice. The fact that it's also super festive and gorgeous in a flute is just the cranberry on top of the yule log!
The Ultimate 2-Ingredient Christmas Cocktail
This one is for my fellow Grinch fans out there. This tasty cocktail gets its fun neon green color from melon liqueur. The only other ingredient you need is sparkling wine!
Its simplicity and festiveness is sure to make any Grinches' heart grow three sizes!
White Christmas Cocktail
This is exactly the White Christmas I've been dreaming of! This decadent cocktail is made with RumChata and Peppermint Schnapps. If you haven't had RumChata before, it's a blend of rum, cream, vanilla, and cinnamon, so it's one of the absolute best liqueurs for the holiday.
This cocktail would be perfect to have with Christmas dessert or if you want to spice up a holiday cookie exchange!
RumChata Eggnog
It's a crime to let the holiday season pass by without having a boozy glass of nog, and this recipe combines the power of RumChata and eggnog for the ultimate holiday treat!
Is it for the eggnog purists who insist on making their nog from scratch? Probably not. But it IS for anyone who likes easy, delicious festiveness in a glass. The only thing easier than this recipe would be buying pre-spiked eggnog, but I think the RumChata would add something extra special to an already outstanding beverage.
Sex on a Snowbank Cocktail
This cocktail is basically if Frosty the Snowman melted into a martini glass and had rum poured on top of him. In other words, if he were living his best life.
To make the cocktail, you just pour Malibu rum and coconut cream into a blender, and then pour the creamy, dreamy concoction into a chilled glass.
This is one that looks like it took a lot of effort and ingredients, so it's sure to impress your friends and family without requiring much effort on your part! And isn't that what the holidays are really about?
Peppermint White Christmas Champagne Cocktail
Here's another peppermint cocktail for those who like to drink their candy canes as much as they like eating them!
Although it calls for White Creme de Cacao, which is a sweet, chocolatey liqueur with vanilla notes, this is drier than the other peppermint cocktails in this roundup thanks to the Champagne. So while it'll have notes of sweetness, it'll be balanced out by the bubbly yeastiness of the wine and make for a perfect Christmas aperitif.
O’Christmas Tree Martini
Speaking of dry cocktails, this one is about as dry as you can get! This recipe is for anyone who loves gin, and it'd be perfect for classier holiday occasions or if you just want a festive martini.
All you need is gin and rosemary simple syrup to make this easy, elegant drink that's sure to have you rockin' around the Christmas tree all night long!
Grapefruit Pomegranate Vodka Splash
To finish us off, we have a lovely cocktail that combines grapefruit juice with pomegranate vodka.
Although often overshadowed by cranberries, grapefruit and pomegranate are two of the most festive holiday fruits and I love the idea of mixing them together in a cocktail. It sounds tart, a little sweet, and super refreshing!
And that’s it, folks! Which of these cocktails are you excited to try out? I already have a lot of these ingredients on hand, so I might have to do a different cocktail for each of the 12 (10?) days of Christmas 🙂
Wishing you all a very merry and stress-free holiday season!
